They know there is an endless supply of young college age people they can hire and they have had more than several mass walk outs from staff. ![]() They know employees have all the power if banded together and are scared of staff leaving so shallow apologies go around a lot. The only way to get a promotion is wait for people leave which is so often that you fall into those roles. When you do get a dollar raise, IF you get it, it's usually 'late' and they have to 'fix' the error with payroll. ![]() They keep adding responsibilities to employees without hiring more staff and cutting hours. There is little to no room for more pay and the turn around of employees is ridiculous, they refuse to help their fellow humans earn a living wage, No one lasts long at City Paws. No first aid kits are present and they have employees use the same rags they use to clean the kennels in the bathroom and break room. Many dogs shouldn't be attending but the owners want more money/clients and ignore the warning signs employees give. ![]() Sadly management only cares about money and takes advantage of employees.
